Job Opportunity: Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator
As a skilled Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with project managers, M&E subcontractors, and specialist contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in supervising and coordinating all services and ensuring project completion within set timelines.
  • Manage M&E subcontractors to execute mechanical and electrical works in construction projects.
  • Supervise M&E subcontractor day-to-day site works to guarantee quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct detailed M&E coordination with specialist contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Carry out testing and commissioning of M&E works to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Ensure contractors comply with necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in supervision of M&E works installation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good safety knowledge and attitude.
