Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Services Supervisor to oversee the installation and coordination of mechanical and electrical works on site. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, local codes, regulations, and standards. This includes supervising and coordinating all mechanical and electrical works on site, attending site meetings and walks with developers and consultants as required, and assisting consultants in supervising and inspecting construction work on site.

As a Mechanical and Electrical Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our projects. You will monitor project progress schedules and quality standards, maintain and update site records on project progress, and inspect and monitor the quality of workmanship of M&E works on site.

This role requires a minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering and a minimum 8 years' experience in supervising M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments. Familiarity with local codes and regulations is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical works on site
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, local codes, regulations, and standards
  • Attend site meetings and walks with developers and consultants as required
  • Assist consultants in supervising and inspecting construction work on site
  • Monitor project progress schedules and quality standards
  • Maintain and update site records on project progress
  • Inspect and monitor the quality of workmanship of M&E works on site

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in supervising M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations
