Mechanical and Electrical Installation Manager

Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical works, ensuring that installations are in accordance with approved drawings, local codes, regulations, and standards.
- Attend site meetings and walks with developers and consultants as required, maintaining open communication channels.
- Assist consultants in supervising and inspecting construction work on site, monitoring project progress schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain and update site records on project progress, documenting key milestones and achievements.
- Inspect and monitor the quality of workmanship of M&E works on site, verifying compliance with specifications.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in supervision of M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations, particularly in healthcare and commercial settings.
• Experience in manufacturing facilities, managing complex projects and teams.
