Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and servicing work of our electrical installations at construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in electrical systems, troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills to lead a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Servicing Work: Responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical General installations, low voltage, and Extra low voltage installations.
  • Work Arrangements and Progress: Oversee work arrangements and progress of electrical General installations, low voltage, and Extra low voltage installations at ongoing construction work sites (Commercial, Residential developments).
  • Inspections and Tests: Assist in carrying out inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the ELV system.
  • Maintenance Work: Carry out routine maintenance work on General Electrical installations & systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Rectification: Troubleshoot and rectify components and equipment in the electrical power system.
  • Routine Functional Test: Perform routine functional test on standby generators.
  • Leadership: Lead maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Inspections and Tests: Conduct regular inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the low voltage distribution system.
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and implement projects related to electrical network maintenance works at Construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Servicing Record: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and servicing activities.
