**Job Title**:Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the electrical maintenance and repair operations for various heavy machinery, including excavators, generators, forklifts, and other related equipment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervise Electrical Maintenance Team**:Lead and guide a team of electrical technicians to ensure efficient and effective electrical maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members.

**Machinery Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in heavy machinery, including excavators, generators, forklifts, and other equipment. Identify the root cause of electrical failures and implement appropriate corrective actions.

**Preventive Maintenance**:Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for electrical systems in coordination with the maintenance team. Ensure regular inspections and servicing of electrical components to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.

**Repairs and Overhauls**:Oversee electrical repairs and overhauls of machinery components, such as electrical motors, control panels, wiring, and sensors. Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards.

**Equipment Testing and Calibration**:Conduct electrical testing and calibration of machinery to ensure accurate functionality and adherence to specifications.

**Compliance and Safety**:Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Promote a safety-first culture and implement safety measures to prevent electrical hazards and accidents.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage electrical spare parts inventory to ensure availability of essential components and minimize downtime.

**Training and Development**: Identify training needs and provide technical training and skill development opportunities for the electrical maintenance team to enhance their capabilities.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history. Prepare reports on equipment performance and electrical maintenance tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in a heavy machinery maintenance environment.

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components in heavy machinery such as excavators, generators, forklifts, etc.

Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and procedures.

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
