Job Title: MEP Factory Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Factory Operations Manager to oversee the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control and compliance with standards and specifications, as well as coordinating with design teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting
  • Evaluate and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Supervise the delivery and installation of MEP modules on site
  • Troubleshoot any issues or defects that arise during or after assembly

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP manufacturing or related field
  • Safety certification (e.g., Bizsafe level 2)
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent language capabilities (English)
