Factory Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced MEP Factory Operations Manager to oversee the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting.
This role is responsible for ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards and specifications, as well as coordinating with design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and teamwork skills, and excellent language capabilities (English).
- Manage the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting
- Evaluate and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Supervise the delivery and installation of MEP modules on site
- Troubleshoot any issues or defects that arise during or after assembly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP manufacturing or related field
- Safety certification (e.g. Bizsafe level 2)
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent language capabilities (English)
