MEP Senior Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Senior Cost Estimator to lead our cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cost control efforts for construction projects.

  • Cost Estimation:
    • Assess project drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP components.
    • Utilise relevant software and tools to perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
  • Tendering and Procurement:
    • Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for MEP works.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.
  • Contract Administration:
    • Administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, including reviewing terms and conditions, variations, and claims.
    • Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties involved in MEP works.
  • Valuations and Payments:
    • Assess the value of completed MEP works and prepare interim and final valuations.
