About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for studying contract documents, taking measurements, and preparing detailed estimates of materials and labor costs.

Responsibilities:
• Study contract documents and take measurements to prepare accurate estimates
• Assist with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with clients on claims and variations
• Source quotations, compare pricing, and prepare detailed estimates for tender pricing
• Prepare monthly budget statements for review by senior management
• Update senior management on all contractual and site matters

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying or cost estimating
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
