We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost estimation and a proven track record of delivering accurate and detailed estimates.

As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing cost estimates for projects and tenders;
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates;
  • Maintaining and updating cost databases and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems.
