Job Title: Senior Cost Estimator and Manager
The role of a Senior Cost Estimator and Manager is to lead the cost estimation process, manage costs throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to achieve project objectives;
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost information for all projects;
- Conduct regular cost reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives;
- Prepare and present cost reports and analyses to stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost management;
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation and management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.
