Job Title: Senior Cost Estimator

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all cost-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Preparation and handling tender documents and contracts.
  • Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing, and preparation of submissions in tender exercises.
  • Preparing monthly progress claims, progress payments, and finalization of accounts.
  • Preparation of Bills of Quantities, variation orders, claims, final accounts, sub-contractor payments, cost estimates, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Assisting the project team in letter/report writing and correspondences.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities, and variation orders
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance
