Job Title: Senior Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Estimator to take on a challenging role in cost estimation, risk assessment, and contract administration.

  • Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers, monitoring tracking change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery.
  • Preparing quantity measurement, costing and estimation for pre and post contract administration.
  • Preparing valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations.
  • Processing claims and monitoring project cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management or related qualifications and minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

Essential skills include negotiation, construction management, quantity surveying, change orders, drawing, administration, estimates, procurement, project administration, civil engineering, cash flow, tendering and pricing.
