Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to oversee the management of MEP Works from drawings, pricing for cost estimates, and tender documents. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of contract administration, variation, final account, and cash flow forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MEP Works taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to achieve project goals.

  • Lead junior staff in delivering services, including reviewing their work.

  • Attend meetings and site inspections when required.

  • Maintain compliance with Company QA requirements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering qualification.

  • At least one year of experience in pre and post-contract consultancy environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and able to handle stress.
