Job Title: Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters for interior and commercial interior fit out works.

About the Role:
  1. Assist the Project Manager in preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to the project team.
  3. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to negotiate prices and resolve any contractual issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage progress claims and payments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the project team and management.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
