Job Opportunity: Cost Estimation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and significant experience in cost estimation and engineering principles.

Job Description:

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for custom and standard products, focusing on aircraft tooling and military vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure estimates align with technical specifications, client needs, and profitability goals.
  • Assess technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to identify cost-effective solutions.
  • Deliver timely and accurate pricing for new projects, modifications, or repairs involving tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in estimating or cost engineering, preferably within a tooling fabrication and machining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, GD&T, materials, surface & heat treatments, and testing.
