Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on high-value construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience in managing complex MEP installations from design to commissioning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of MEP systems, ensuring they align with project specifications, local regulations, and sustainability standards. This will involve coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.

The role requires a strong understanding of MEP systems in large-scale building and infrastructure projects, as well as experience in managing MEP contractors and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in project and coordination tools, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM, is also essential.

We are looking for a candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field, and 6-10 years of relevant experience in MEP project management are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in MEP project management, ideally within a consultancy or client-side role.

  • Strong understanding of MEP systems in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

  • Experience in managing MEP contractors and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Solid knowledge of local codes, international standards, and green building requirements.

  • Strong project planning, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project and coordination tools, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM.
