**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in creating accurate 3D models, construction drawings, and clash-free designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

This role requires collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors to produce high-quality outputs that meet project requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM software and attention to detail.

  • Create detailed 3D MEP models using Revit and other BIM tools.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and building components.
  • Generate construction documents, schedules, and material takeoffs.
  • Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in MEP drafting with a strong portfolio showcasing BIM projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit (required) and familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or BIM
