About the role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales/Product Manager to join our Singapore team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between our product and commercial teams, supporting sales efforts with deep product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer-centric solutions. You will play a key role in driving product adoption, delivering demos, and providing feedback to influence product development. Job Responsibilities Support the sales team by providing product expertise during client meetings and pitches Deliver compelling product demos and solution presentations that clearly showcase our value proposition Own the coordination and completion of RFPs, including gathering inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, crafting compelling responses, and ensuring timely submission Assist in designing end-to-end solutions across multiple product lines and distribution channels, ensuring alignment with client needs Work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for strategic partners Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners during the pre-sales and early implementation phases Participate in technical discussions, helping to ensure integration feasibility and support deployment planning Monitor and support smooth production launches and system integrations Contribute to improving client engagement, digital experience, and marketing capabilities through the right product fit About Igloo Igloo (formerly Axinan) is the first full-stack insurtech firm to emerge from Singapore.
