Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated “Associate Business Development Manager” to join our team and drive sales growth within the AV Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a passion for the AV Industry, and a proven ability to lead a sales team to success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and securing new clients and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry professionals. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the AV industry or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales staff. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the AV industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
