About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to a portfolio of bank customers, working closely with relationship managers to build strong relationships and drive business growth. As a Business Relationship Development Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer issues, monitoring accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to a diverse range of customers
  • Work collaboratively with relationship managers to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Monitor accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh (Bengali) language is required due to engagement with clients based in Bangladesh
