Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Part-Time Business Development Associate to

join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and

nurturing relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for

business growth and a keen interest in the accounting and corporate services industry.

This is a part-time, flexible role, ideal for someone looking to contribute to the success

of a boutique firm while balancing other commitments.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts
  •  Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies to increase client acquisition
  •  Participate in meetings and presentations with prospective clients to explain the firm’s services
  •  Work closely with the management team to align business development efforts with company goals
  •  Conduct industry analysis, product research, and competitor assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  •  Support marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and event participation
  •  Prepare business development reports and track progress towards sales goals

Requirements:

  •  Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
  •  Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations is preferred
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
  •  Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for growing business opportunities
  •  Familiarity with the accounting or corporate services industry is a plus
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
