We are looking for an experienced Assistant Managing Director to control and oversee all business operations, human resources, and financials for our company. This person must be professional to provide inspiration, motivation, and guidance to the General Managers and Managers. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the board and shareholders goals. Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities. Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures. Manage the profits and losses of the organization. Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Direct the company’s operations to ensure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently. Supervise, mentor, and manage a group of managers from different departments. Guide managers on implementing company initiatives and policies. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Ensure that this subsidiary company complies with HQ Japan group policies and legal guidelines. Prepare and submit reports to HQ Japan. Requirements Holding a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a relevant qualification. More than 12 years of experience in the relevant industry. Proven experience as an Assistant Managing Director. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans. Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company. Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements. Planning and organization skills to facilitate goal setting. Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance. Innovative mindset to create new, effective solutions. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Outstanding analytical skills to interpret data. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. Excellent written skills in both Japanese and English. Strong understanding of food and chemical improvers.
