Key Responsibilities
You can develop, lead, plan, implement, analyse, and optimise PR strategies and activities from formulation through to execution, ensuring alignment with the client’s key business objectives.
You’ll be able to work across B2B/Corporate/financial services clients.
You’ll develop communication strategies that are informed by strong insights, matter to the right audiences to achieve clients' business objectives.
You’ll work closely with clients and your team lead to create aligned communications for consistent brand messages.
Developing trackers, project management, and staying abreast of the scope.
You need to keep track and evaluate KPIs according to the scope and recommend necessary adjustments to optimize overall effectiveness based on measurements.
You’re to combine creativity with knowledge of the media to recognize media angles and generate positive news coverage, profile pieces and features across a broad media spectrum.
You’ll be able to work with the team in client servicing and management of day-to-day operations.
You’ll work alongside your team lead and execute business development from start to end (brief taking, delegation, ideation, strategy development, deck development, and presentation).
You’ll manage clients and client work across teams and practices as necessary, and proactively update teams and agency management on client developments.
You’ll work with team lead to manage 3rd party costs, OOPs and budgets to maintain account health and profitability.
You have established professional relationships and/or are willing to foster new relationships with clients, colleagues, and the media.
What You Need to Be Successful in the Role
You have 4-5 years of experience in public relations in an agency environment or in an in-house role – experience working on B2B/Corporate clients is a must.
You have a track record in ideating and driving PR strategies that drive clients’ business.
You possess a vast knowledge of different client industries.
Understanding of the Singapore media landscape and journalist movements is a must. Understanding of regional media landscape and working with broadcast media such as CNBC and Bloomberg is key.
You have great industry and general knowledge of the issues and opportunities in the communications industry.
You’re a confident self-starter and able to drive conversations at the C-suite level.
You are able to confidently lead client WIPs and participate in new business proposal presentations.
You are able to work across teams and practices efficiently.
You bring along your creativity and innovative ideas to the table.
You have an excellent command of the English language.
You’re meticulous and hyper efficient.
You have experience managing clients and mentoring team members, you have a nurturing management style that fosters growth and development.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
