Administrative Support Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our HR team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline and minimum 0-2 years of experience in HR or administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Manager and Team Lead in policy development and implementation;
- Working with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to deliver value-added HR services;
- Administering HR functions and processes related to onboarding and offboarding;
- Improving on-site experience for new hires and leavers through onboarding and offboarding stages;
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline;
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in HR or administration;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills;
