Administrative Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our HR team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline and minimum 0-2 years of experience in HR or administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Manager and Team Lead in policy development and implementation;
  • Working with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to deliver value-added HR services;
  • Administering HR functions and processes related to onboarding and offboarding;
  • Improving on-site experience for new hires and leavers through onboarding and offboarding stages;

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline;
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in HR or administration;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills;
