
HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Human Resources Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various HR administrative duties, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. You will also assist in office renovation logistics and coordination, digitize personnel files (P-files) and job descriptions for improved accessibility, and support system improvements by participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, you will assist in daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and contribute to the Willis Towers Watson employee survey process, including follow-up actions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administrative duties, including data entry and documentation
- Assist in office renovation logistics and coordination
- Digitize personnel files and job descriptions
- Support system improvements through UAT
- Assist in daily HR operations
- Contribute to the employee survey process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
