Our Administrative & HR Assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Provide administrative support to the Finance department such as generating financial and accounting reports
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Minimum a Diploma in HR, Administrative, Finance or related field
- At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Meticulous and driven to complete tasks on-time
