Hiring an HR Support Specialist
Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support work pass application and renewal processes under supervision.
- Update the HR database with employee information in a timely manner.
- Provide support in HR projects, policy administration, and daily operations.
- Assist in handling medical insurance and work injury claim documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
- Cover reception duties on rotation, including greeting visitors and handling general inquiries.
- Support front desk operations such as receiving mail and deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Keen interest in HR and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Minimum months Full-Time commitment.
