The purpose of Total Rewards Specialist, International Remuneration/Mobility is to deliver efficient, consistent, high quality cross border remuneration, executive remuneration and talent mobility on a global level. This role involves driving standardization, consistency and harmonization across Suntory Beverage and Food, staying updated on data and insights to support SBF’s priorities to retain key talent. This position can be based anywhere in SBF's locations across the APAC region. Job Responsibilities Independent and timely execution of tasks related to executive remuneration case solutions, cross-border remuneration proposals, and mobility process delivery according to policy, process, and framework requirements. Manage specialist services processes including rewards review, mobility process management, and vendor performance management. Deliver high-quality service to drive positive and consistent employee experiences. Forward complex requests to Partners of International Rewards, Rewards, or other Co E areas, and liaise with other service delivery tiers for specialist query resolution. Develop and continuously improve process flow guides and key-user guides for frequent questions in the area of specialism. Maintain and develop HR services knowledge database. Run standard HRIS data integrity dashboards and coordinate the implementation of root cause resolutions. Manage BAU vendor performance and processes as a critical partnership to employee experience support. Main Complexity/ Critical Issues Cross-border remuneration and mobility complexity including respective policy, external environment, individual case requirements, and differences in tax, legal, financial, and philosophical aspects across geographies. Stakeholder alignment and education. Ensuring company-wide policy and program consistency while meeting business and individual preferences. Continuous improvement in driving process and organizational productivity. Global vendor contracting and performance management improvement. Measurements/Outcomes Expected Employee Engagement Customer Satisfaction Score Agreed Service Level Turnaround time Data integrity across Rewards and Mobility processes Vendor/Service Provider cost budget management Skills and Experience 5-10 years demonstrated record/experience in compensation, benefits, or mobility management across multiple geographies. Deep knowledge of People & Culture processes such as Rewards, Mobility, and People Excellence. Strong technical acumen, including Excel, Power Point, and HRIS (SAP Success Factors and Service Now experience is a plus). Strong ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholders internally and externally. High level of initiative and ability to function autonomously. Fluent in English, with proficiency in one main GEMBA local language as a plus (especially Thai, Spanish, or French). #J-18808-Ljbffr
