Job Title:
Business Development Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive strategic growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the immigration industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Research markets to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers that align with company goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and ensure effective execution
  • Track, review, and report on business development performance and key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
* Min 8 yrs & above proven experience in business development in the immigration industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
