Business Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to lead and drive business development activities within the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our business with new and existing clients, managing strategic partnerships, leading business proposals and negotiations, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for product acquisition, company acquisition, and strategic partnerships in the APAC region.
  • Expand Business with New and Existing Clients: Map new business partners through opportunity assessment and synergy identification.
  • Manage Strategic Partnerships: Develop connections and maintain professional relationships with partner companies and suppliers to maximize opportunities for new business.
  • Lead Business Proposals and Negotiations: Deliver a compelling vision for new business opportunities.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the unlicensed medicine and related space.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated business development experience, achieved successfully mid/large licensing deals in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and profit targets over multiple years.
  • Evidence of having forged strategic relationships and effective business partnerships.
  • Experience in collaborating with others to evaluate market and asset analysis, relating to medicines.
  • Exemplary influencing and negotiation skills that can be employed across all levels of the organization.
