Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Commercial Excellence Director plays a vital role in the organization, responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Main Function
- Economic Profitability - Develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
- Integrated Business Planning - Collaborate with commercial analysts and financial controllers to set up and run monthly IBP reviews.
- Pricing Management and Monitoring - Roll out pricing standardization tools and monitor their effectiveness.
- Contract and Tender Management - Evaluate and develop methodologies for contract management and create tender management tools.
- Sales Force Effectiveness - Analyze information from Aspen and Domo to determine time spent on the right accounts and contacts.
- Distributor Management - Drive distribution performance excellence through partnerships with distributors.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the commercial unit, supporting the affiliates' commercial organization in growing the molecular diagnostics business.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies and tactics for the business unit throughout a certain geography.
- Identify new business opportunities through expansion of existing products to maximize existing markets.
- Support commercial organizations in achieving plan/update objectives.
- Regularly interface with the country sales and marketing organization proactively communicate and coordinate efforts.
- Monitor progress and development for all countries in APAC.
