Our client, a famous retail brand, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Head of Retail Leasing within South East Asia (Retail Brand).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive long-term growth and profitability across multiple brands and markets.
Identify, evaluate, and secure prime retail locations, negotiating lease terms that align with business objectives.
Conduct market research and data analysis to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Manage the existing store portfolio through lease renewals, renegotiations, terminations, and space optimizations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, construction, and operations teams, to ensure smooth deal execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property developers, and real estate partners.
Monitor and assess landlords’ financial health, asset changes, and investment plans to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on real estate investments and expansion plans.
Support and mentor Leasing Managers, providing guidance and assisting with complex negotiations.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all external engagements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, real estate management, or retail expansion, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable lease terms.
Excellent analytical and financial acumen to evaluate market trends and business cases.
Proficiency in real estate law, lease agreements, and contract management.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term leasing plans.
Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor and support team members.
Proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and other relevant business tools.

Salary: S$13,000 and Bonus
