Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:30 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Alternate Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support including preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining records
  • Organize and maintain accurate files and documents
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire order processing and shipping process
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate excellent coordination and communication skills
  • A minimum of two years of experience in administration or human resources is required
  • Singaporean or permanent resident status is necessary
