IFS is looking for a proven, senior enterprise software business leader to support a group of named key accounts in Singapore. You would be working as part of the IFS Global Aerospace & Defence team and part of the local ASEAN Market Unit. Independently recognized as a leading, global supplier of enterprise software specifically designed for the A&D market, we provide solutions for: Aerospace and defense manufacturing Defense Fleet and asset management Military logistics Services and performance-based logistics The position will give you the opportunity to lead new sales opportunities within and manage existing complex engagements within the client customer as well as developing relationships within the broader Indian defence supply chain community. In this position, you will be responsible for generating revenue from license and maintenance sales, leading the execution of the sales cycle, selling directly to executive level decision-makers, and developing the territory by nurturing existing IFS business partnerships as well as new relationships. Prepare, update and own the Key Account Strategy Own the end-to-end sales process from customer engagement, understanding the customer needs, customer buying process to owning the RFI/RFP process Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery Coordinate with Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal collaboration network and secure appropriate support into the region. Essential skills/experience: Extensive experience selling complex business software Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with clients 1 B revenue Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market Sales experience in defense or government sector Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defense Industry Strong oral and written business presentation skills Preferred skills/experience: 5+ years Enterprise software sales experience preferably in a related industry Engineering Degree and or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience Excellent business English required and fluency in Chinese desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
