Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Director to join our team in Singapore. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in the semiconductor industry. You will be expected to identify customer needs, sell appropriate merchandise, and liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all assigned customers, including 'hunting' and 'farming' activities.
  • Achieve and exceed planned AOP sales targets.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitor and customer loading plans.
  • Develop good communication and presentation skills to represent the company image.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for all communication and information exchange.
  • Provide timely quotation responses to customer RFQs.
  • Perform contract reviews for all incoming material for processing.
  • Represent the company at customer-specific meetings and conference calls.
  • Monitor and track quarterly and annual revenue to plan.
  • Identify and communicate changes to part volume to production.
  • Resolve outstanding issues with orders prior to shipment back to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist accounts payable with any invoice-related issues.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, technical, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding goals.
  • Business acumen with knowledge of current and future trends affecting the organization.
