Job Scope
Player Support:
Respond to player queries and concerns through various channels, such as email or ticketing systems. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with gameplay mechanics, and providing general support to ensure a positive player experience.
Complaint Management:
Handle player complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy while investigating issues and providing appropriate resolutions to ensure player satisfaction.
Feedback Consolidation:
Collect, organize, and analyse player feedback and suggestions. This involves categorizing feedback based on common themes, prioritizing feature requests, and relaying insights to relevant teams, such as development or marketing.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of player interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Utilize this information to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of support efforts, and contribute to informed decision-making processes.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or technology-related environments.
A genuine interest in gaming and a desire to support the gaming community.
Fluency in English and basic Mandarin for effective communication with regional customers.
Ability to read and type in English, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese is essential.
Business understanding, logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
