Job Title: Marine Generator Service Specialist
We are seeking a skilled service specialist with expertise in marine generator commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency support and technical assistance to customers.
- Offer after-sales support, site recovery, and maintenance services to distributors and end-customers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive service reports for customers.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product failures and provide solutions.
- Review warranty claims from distributors and determine the extent of damage and repairs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Develop service training materials and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
- Train distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting skills to achieve optimal service levels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Frequent travel required within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
- Candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds will be considered.
- Prior experience with electrical and control systems, including John Deere ECU and KDI ECU, and synchronization systems is advantageous.
