Job Title: Marine Generator Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled service specialist with expertise in marine generator commissioning, troubleshooting and repair.

  • Provide emergency support and technical assistance to customers.
  • Offer after-sales support, site recovery, maintenance services to distributors and end-customers.
  • Develop comprehensive service reports for customers.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to product failures and provide solutions.
  • Determine warranty claims from distributors and assess extent of damage and repairs.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Develop training materials and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
  • Train distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Frequent travel required within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
  • Candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds will be considered.
  • Prior experience with electrical and control systems advantageous.
