Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Marine Generator Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To commission, troubleshoot and repair marine generators on standby support and emergency call basis for customer support.
  • To provide after-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
  • To generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.
  • To investigate and handle all customers' complaints related to product failures.
  • To investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
  • To review and assist in determining the extent of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
  • To maintain close working relationship with key customers to ensure follow through until issue is resolved.
  • To develop service training material, ensure all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized.
  • To provide specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A fair amount of traveling in Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia Region is required.
  • Candidates with equivalent professional background will be considered.
  • Prior electrical and control experience with various control systems (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) and synchronization system will be advantageous.
