Marine Generator Specialist Needed for Global Operations.
We are seeking a seasoned Field Service Engineer with expertise in Marine Generator commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair. As part of our global team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance, including on-site visits and emergency call-outs
- Collaborate with distributors and end-customers to resolve product-related issues
- Create comprehensive service reports, outlining steps taken to address customer concerns
- Investigate root causes of product failures and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct warranty claim assessments and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine damage extent and required repairs
- Maintain strong relationships with major customers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Develop and update technical documentation, training materials, and skillsets for service and troubleshooting purposes
- Provide specialized training to distributors and dealers to enhance their service capabilities
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to travel frequently across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions
- Candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds will be considered
- Prior experience with John Deere ECU, KDI ECU, and synchronization systems is advantageous
