Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marine Generator Specialist to join our global team.

As a seasoned field service engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.

  • Deliver high-quality technical assistance, including on-site visits and emergency call-outs
  • Collaborate with distributors and end-customers to resolve product-related issues
  • Create comprehensive service reports, outlining steps taken to address customer concerns
  • Investigate root causes of product failures and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with major customers to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Develop and update technical documentation, training materials, and skillsets for service and troubleshooting purposes
  • Provide specialized training to distributors and dealers to enhance their service capabilities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to travel frequently across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions
  • Candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds will be considered
  • Prior experience with John Deere ECU, KDI ECU, and synchronization systems is advantageous

Key Skills: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree, extensive industry experience, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities
