Electrical Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing marine Generators, providing technical support to customers, and developing service training material.

Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of marine Generators
  • Providing after-sales technical support and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers
  • Generating service reports in a systematic manner
  • Investigating and handling customer complaints related to product failures
  • Reviewing and assisting in determining the extent of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors
  • Maintaining close working relationships with key customers until issues are resolved
  • Developing service training material and ensuring all technical documents are up-to-date and organized
  • Providing specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skills

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia Region
  • Prior electrical and control experience with various control systems (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) and synchronization systems is advantageous
