Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Talent Acquisition Director/Lead.

About the Role:

This is a challenging role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can drive business growth through effective talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent development and be looking for a new opportunity to utilize their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house talent acquisition function, including recruitment, talent pipeline building, and employer branding.
  • Work closely with senior leadership team to enhance talent acquisition capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy, lead and develop a high-performing internal talent acquisition team, and enhance the talent attraction impact in the talent market.
  • Manage and evaluate external agency partners to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery.
  • Optimize recruitment systems and workflows to ensure compliance, scalability, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resource is required.
  • Degree qualified in relevant field/s.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to listen, influence, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in agency partnerships and familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment technologies/sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of local/regional labour market, hiring practices, trends, employment laws, and regulations.
