Director Strategic Sales & Client EngagementMogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you- As a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in B2B business development at the Director/Head BD level, you will play a pivotal role in leading global sales and strategic business development for a design-driven consulting startup based in Powai, Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on driving new customer acquisition within mid-to-large enterprises, managing high-value accounts, and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders in consultative sales processes. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX and delivery teams to position cutting-edge solutions effectively in a business-centric context.Your key responsibilities will include owning new logo/client acquisition and strategic enterprise account growth, leading consultative sales for UX/IT and transformation engagements, representing the company at key industry and client events, mentoring and coaching the BD team, and aligning with marketing and delivery teams to ensure cohesive operations. Leveraging CRM, analytics, and automation tools will be essential for insightful sales management and forecasting.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in new client acquisition and strategic sales within the consulting sector, particularly in handling CXO/enterprise deals and building strong commercial relationships. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital selling/marketing tools, along with a strong background in analytics, will be highly valued. Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and leadership experience are essential attributes for this position.Furthermore, possessing an MBA (preferably obtained from a global institution) and having prior experience in Big 4/Tier-1 or high-growth consulting environments will be advantageous.
