Talent Acquisition Director Role

We are seeking a highly self-driven Talent Acquisition Director to design and implement effective recruiting strategies.

This individual will monitor recruitment procedures, source high-potential candidates, and manage the team. They will also develop employer branding initiatives and oversee all stages of candidates' experiences.

  • Establish talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Lead all sourcing strategies including external partnerships with educational institutions and job boards
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
  • Manage and train recruiters to ensure successful candidate experiences
  • Develop a network of potential hires through strategic relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role
  • A strong professional network both locally and internationally
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range with opportunities for commission.
