Administrative Professional
The Administrative Specialist plays a pivotal role in the organization by overseeing the entire recruitment cycle.
- Develop and expand recruitment channels, streamline hiring processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs and create targeted strategies.
- Manage employee-related procedures, including onboarding, probation oversight, transfers, promotions, and resignations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development, refinement, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and ensure all HR policies and practices adhere to local laws and regulations, and are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed.
- Handle daily office administrative tasks, such as procuring supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing documentation.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of local HR rules, processes, and employment law.
- Skill in recruitment and interviewing, and familiarity with different hiring methods.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivation and ability to adapt quickly.
