Job Description
As a Regional Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial operations and risk management initiatives across various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate and manage contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and mitigating risks associated with complex deals.
You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that commercial objectives are met within operating budgets and guidelines. Your expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and negotiation will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
- At least 10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Risk Mitigation, Tendering, Bid management, and/or project management roles from energy industries such as Grid, Wind, Power, or Oil and Gas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong contractual and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with complex deals.
