We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our regional strategy in the Asia Pacific market.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial management to drive business growth, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee sales performance and financial management across the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve regional commercial objectives, focusing on new opportunities and existing partnerships.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners to maximize brand promotion opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
  • Oversee sales performance, target achievement, demand forecasting, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency and financial delivery.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure effective marketing plan execution and consistency of our image across the region.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial management in SEA, with previous experience working with prominent beauty and luxury brands.
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, locally, regionally, and globally.
  • Proven success in sales and/or marketing, with evidence of managing key client and stakeholder relationships.
