We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to provide prompt and personalized service to our Singapore customers via multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing accurate information and solutions on products and services.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.
  • Follow up promptly with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Collate and provide customer feedback to business partners to enhance customer experience.
  • Introduce and educate customers on self-service banking channels.
  • Perform post-call administrative tasks.
  • Utilize customer service and sales skills to optimize customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to deepen relationships through upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services.

This is an 8-month contract position, working a 5-day week (including weekends and public holidays). Training will be provided over 10-12 days.
